| Insurers Our proprietary Online Management System enables insurers to have a ‘virtual workshop’. Details about any claims can be tracked and communication is instant. Advisors who have access to the system will be able to tell the policy holders the progress of their claim without the need to contact ADEC Systems via telephone or email. What is more important, photographic images, where required, can be an integral part of the record of the claim.
The Online Management System is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will give prior notice for any loss of service due to system upgrade.
The breakdown of our service to insurers includes:
- Contact is made with policy holders within 2 hours of receipt of instruction.
- A detailed report of claim is produced within 2 days of receipt of equipment.
- Items repaired will be subjected to a 24 hour ‘burn in’ test.
- All repaired items will be cleaned, packed in new packaging and accompanied with a Tested Label.
